Selection Process :

 

             Each Audition has a panel of (5) Judges.  The panel includes (2)              existing or potential clients, (1) Professional Guest Judge, (1)              G.R.I.T.S. Girl, (1) member of our Staff.

 

             Each Girl is Judged on (4) levels of criteria :

                         

             1.           Public Speaking– During auditions you will introduce                           yourself and tell a little about yourself. This is done at the

                          beginning of auditions during casual wear competition.

                          The judges also watch how you interact with guests during

                          The event, SO MINGLE!

            

             2.           Casual Wear– Make sure to check the calendar or project

                          Pages for details of event where auditions are being held.

                          Dress appropriately for event. The judges also look at how

                          the outfit looks on you, if you wear it with ease and feel

                          Comfortable in it, etc…..

 

             3.           Photo Shoot– One of our Professional Staff Photographers

                          will photograph a series of shots of each girl. You will be

                          Judged on your ability to follow the photographer’s

                          Directions, ease with photographer and camera, your

                          Ability to adapt to pose changes ( grace and style).                               Basically your Photogenic skills.

 

             4.           Swimwear– All swimsuit styles are acceptable

                          (One or Two Piece, No G-Strings)

                          Remember the swimsuit is your product and you as the

                          Model  must present your product in the most flattering

                          way. ( You would want to choose a suit that fits your

                          body frame and  that accentuates the suit you are

                          enticing the consumer to purchase.) (Does not apply to

                          Performance auditions.

             potential to perform the duties and services requested by our
